Manufacturing, Design and Entrepreneurship in NZ, looking beyond the horizon
In response to all of New Zealand moving into traffic light Red at 11.59pm on the 23rd January 2022, the MaDE Conference Executive made the difficult decision not to go ahead on the 25 – 26 January 2022 dates as scheduled.
Since then, the Executive has met to consider all options and it is with regret that we announce that the MaDE2022 Conference will be cancelled.
While there was a lot of support and interest in the MaDE2022 Conference and its positioning at the industry-university research nexus in the manufacturing, design and entrepreneurship areas, we felt that after having already rescheduled the MaDE Conference from 2021 and in the absence of any certainty over when the MaDE Conference would be able to go ahead, we believe that it is the right call for our delegates, sponsors and stakeholders to cancel.
It is our intention to refund all delegate registration fees and we will be working through this over the next week.
